Am 22. März ist der Welt-Wasser-Tag. Der weltweite Tag soll auf den steigenden Wasserverbrauch aufmerksam machen. Der weltweite Wasserverbrauch nimmt stetig zu. Hochrechnungen schätzen, dass wir 2025 20-30% mehr Wasser benötigen als heute. Der Süsswasseranteil der Erde ist aber begrenzt und kann nicht unendlich ausgeschöpft werden. 

Was virtuelles Wasser ist, wie man selbst aktiv was tun kann und viele Rezepte mit wassersparenden Zutaten gibt es im Link. 

Change in allergen display

Due to legal regulations, we can no longer use the gluten-free symbol. However, we indicate the allergens on all menus using the European standardised letters. As a visual aid, we now also indicate the main allergens gluten and lactose with a symbol on the menu overview page. On the details page for each menu, you will still find all 14 allergens with a pictogram.
